What's the difference between Managed WordPress and a Care Plan?

Managed WordPress is the all-in-one service — hosting on my Brisbane server, design, unlimited minor edits, domain, email, and all maintenance. A Care Plan is maintenance-only: you keep your current hosting provider and I manage the WordPress layer on top of it. Care Plans start at $49/month; full managed is $200/month.

My site is broken right now. How quickly can you fix it?

Submit a brief via the WP SOS Fix page and I'll get to it within 24 business hours. The flat rate is $97 for a single issue ($197 for complex/multiple issues). No hourly billing, no call required — just submit your site details and describe the problem.

Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?

Yes — all services are delivered remotely via email and an online portal. The only Brisbane-specific advantage is the server location (lower latency for Australian visitors). I work with clients across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia.

I'm on Squarespace / Wix. Can you migrate me to WordPress?

Yes. Migration is included free with the Fully Managed plan. I handle the entire process — rebuilding your content in WordPress, redirecting your domain, and testing everything before you go live. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days.

What if I want to cancel?

All plans are month-to-month. Give me 30 days notice and I'll help migrate your site to wherever you're going. No lock-in, no exit fees, no held-hostage domain.

Do I need to know anything about WordPress?

No. That's the point. You run your business — I handle the website. You can log in and make simple changes yourself if you want to, but nothing about the Managed WordPress or Care Plan service requires you to touch the backend.
