Common questions about care plans

Can I use this with any hosting provider?

Yes — SiteGround, Kinsta, Cloudways, WP Engine, cPanel hosts, even GoDaddy. If it's WordPress, I can manage it. You don't need to change a single thing about your current hosting setup.

What if a plugin update breaks my site?

I test updates on a staging copy first. If something breaks, I catch it before it goes live. If a conflict only appears on the live site (rare), I roll back and fix within 24 hours.

What do "content edits" include?

Changing text, swapping images, updating prices or hours, adding or removing menu items, updating contact details. Does NOT include new page designs, new sections, or structural layout changes — those are quoted separately.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. No lock-in, no exit fees, no held-hostage domain.

Do you offer annual billing with a discount?

Yes — pay annually upfront and get 2 months free (effectively a 17% discount). Email me to arrange annual billing.
