What's the difference between Managed WordPress and a Care Plan?
Managed WordPress is the all-in-one service — hosting on my Brisbane server, design, unlimited minor edits, domain, email, and all maintenance. A Care Plan is maintenance-only: you keep your current hosting provider and I manage the WordPress layer on top of it. Care Plans start at $49/month; full managed is $200/month.
My site is broken right now. How quickly can you fix it?
Submit a brief via the WP SOS Fix page and I'll get to it within 24 business hours. The flat rate is $97 for a single issue ($197 for complex/multiple issues). No hourly billing, no call required.
Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?
Yes — all services are delivered remotely via email and an online portal. The only Brisbane-specific advantage is the server location (lower latency for Australian visitors). I work with clients across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia.
I'm on Squarespace / Wix. Can you migrate me to WordPress?
Yes. Migration is included free with the Fully Managed plan. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days.
What if I want to cancel?
All plans are month-to-month. Give me 30 days notice and I'll help migrate your site to wherever you're going. No lock-in, no exit fees, no held-hostage domain.
