Service provider

All services described on this website are delivered by Dutch Digital Dynamics Pty Ltd, trading as HELP4BIS (ABN 86 081 237 087), based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Contract terms

Ongoing services (Managed WordPress, Care Plans) operate on a month-to-month basis. There are no lock-in contracts. Either party may terminate the arrangement by providing 30 days written notice.

Month-to-month billing — no lock-in period
30 days written notice required to cancel
No exit fees or penalty charges
One-off services (SOS Fix, Plugin Development, AI Integration) are governed by the agreed scope and price confirmed prior to work commencing

Results and outcomes

HELP4BIS will deliver services to the standard described in each service's scope. However, specific business outcomes — including but not limited to increased revenue, improved search rankings, or increased website traffic — are not guaranteed. We make no representation that any particular business result will be achieved through the use of our services.

GST

Dutch Digital Dynamics Pty Ltd is registered for GST. Prices displayed on this website are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be applied to all invoices at the prevailing rate (currently 10%).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
