How do I give you access to my site securely?
After submitting the form, I'll email you a secure link to submit your WordPress admin credentials. I use LastPass Send or a similar zero-knowledge vault for credential sharing — your password is never stored in email.
What if my site doesn't use WordPress?
I specialise in WordPress. For Squarespace, Wix, or other platforms, I may not be able to help — contact me first and I'll be honest about whether I can assist.
What if the fix takes longer than 24 hours?
I'll email you with an update if it's going to take longer, and confirm the reason. Complex hacks and database corruption can take up to 48 hours. You'll always know where things stand.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the fix?
Yes — at the end of the fix summary I'll include a recommendation for whether your site would benefit from a Care Plan. No pressure — it's there if it makes sense for your situation.
